The technical organization of the content in this web site has been carried out by TOPCARHOTEL, regisered trademark and property of Aprodifam S.L., Travel Agency Mayorista/Minorista with the licence numbers CICAN 291072-3 and CIF B-92867680.
The entire content of this web site is property of TOPCARHOTEL and can therefore not be reproduced, publicized, resold, transferred or modified without prior authorization by TOPCARHOTEL.
LEGAL DISPUTES.
Any disputes in between TOPCARHOTEL and clients of TOPCARHOTEL that may arise as a result of the use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Malaga, Spain.
RESERVATIONS.
All offers are subject to availability and must be confirmed by TOPCARHOTEL in order to be valid.
A minimum amount of Hotel nights in a double room must be booked in order to qualify for a FREE rental car (see rate card).
A minimum of two persons per reservation is required in order to qualify for a FREE rental car.
The FREE rental car included in all the TOPCARHOTEL offers shown on this website are granted for the same amount of days as reserved Hotel nights.
Further car rental options are available on request for each specific offer subject to an additional surcharge.
All rental vehicles shall be delivered by and returned to TopCars at Malaga Airport only.
The offers that has not got a hotel name specified and has not got a photography of the establishment can not be combined with any other TOPCARHOTEL promotional discounts, including email and fax vouchers.
All reservations will be confirmed to the client per email or fax at the moment of the transaction, and will contain the following data:
A unique reservations number: this number will identify that particular reservation at any given time.
Information on the reserved accommodation and rental vehicle: contracted services, dates and tariffs (including taxes), information on the FREE rental vehicle and optional vehicles available subject to an additional surcharge.
The email or fax confirmation shall be presented at Malaga airport at the time of the handing over and signing of the car rental contract and accommodation voucher, the latter to be shown at the arrival of the accommodation or Hotel.
For the clients´ benefit, TOPCARHOTEL may include additional information on the confirmation of any reservations. All reservations are guaranteed, including those with arrival at the accommodation after 20:00 Hours local time.
PAYMENT
Payments to TOPCARHOTEL can be done by Credit card or bank transfers only.
INVOICING.
On clients request only, invoices can be issued via email or fax on the day of departure from the accommodation.
PRICING.
The final price of the reservation is the sum of all the services and additional applicable fees contracted by the client at the moment of placing the order.
The final price of all direct and indirect contracted services includes the following taxes (I.V.A and I.G.I.C.)
All this will be payable in the currency as requested by the client and according to the exchange rate in force at that given moment, as made public by Banco De España (Bank Of Spain).
Extra costs generated by the client during the stay at any accommodation or hotel are to be paid by the client. Likewise, any other additional costs generated by the client during the contracted period not specified in written at the moment of reservation are not included in the quoted price and are to be paid by the client.
CHILDREN AND BABIES.
Children under 2 years of age are considered babies. Their stay is free of charge when staying in the same room as their parents. However, depending the establishment and the requested period a surcharge for cots may be applicable and is payable by the client in situ.
Children in between 2 and 12 years of age are charged according to the rate card on this web site. The same conditions as for babies may apply depending the establishment – in this case, it will be reflected in the confirmation of reservation.
MODIFICATIONS.
Once a reservation has been confirmed the client may modify the dates. Modification of dates and any other information can only be done through contacting TOPCARHOTEL´s customer service.
CANCELLATIONS.
Cancellation of a reservation is free of charge providing that it is done a minimum of 5 working days prior to the commence of the contracted period. To be valid it must be carried out through this web site or by contacting TOPCARHOTEL´s customer service. The full amount will be reimbursed to the client by TOPCARHOTEL using the same transfer method as initially used by the client.
On the contrary, should a client not show up at the time of the commence of the contracted period without prior notification to TOPCARHOTEL as mentioned above, the amount corresponding to one nights stay at the reserved accommodation or hotel shall be charged to cover administration costs. The remaining amount will be reimbursed to the client by TOPCARHOTEL using the same transfer method as initially used by the client.
NOT SHOWING UP AT THE HOTEL.
Should a client not show up at the accommodation or hotel without giving prior notice, TOPCARHOTEL is entitled to charge the amount corresponding to the first accommodation or hotel night and other services included therein.
REEMBURSEMENT
Reimbursements will be carried out using the same transfer method as initially used by the client at the time of reservation. The reimbursement shall take place on the same day that the cancellation is being done, within maximum one working day.
HOTELS.
All information made public by TOPCARHOTEL in this web site has been forwarded to TOPCARHOTEL by each specific hotel and establishment. TOPCARHOTEL is therefore not responsible for the veracity thereof.
